Client’s Needs:

Tangl, the client, requested several key modifications for their Shopify store. First, they need to integrate the LifeFile API for enhanced functionality. Next, they want to remove the existing “GET STARTED” button on the Product Detail Page (PDP) and replace it with an “ADD TO CART” button. The payment gateway should be set to Stripe, including configuring a test payment method. Finally, the client requires setting up the Recharge App to facilitate subscription management.

Challenges:

During the implementation of Tangl’s requested modifications, several technical challenges arose that required careful consideration and strategic solutions.

First, integrating the LifeFile API with the Shopify store posed compatibility issues, as it necessitated extensive modifications to the backend architecture.
